Kokua solves the problem of teacher absences by bringing together a growing network of passionate guest educators. The Talent Coordinator role involves onboarding new hires through digital communication, managing data systems in Google Sheets and applicant tracking system, and creating a welcoming environment for new hires; you will communicate with and manage a high volume of candidates through the onboarding experience in a professional, warm, and efficient manner. You will become an expert in state and local requirements and provide continuous digital support to candidates.
