Summary:
- Provide legal and contract management support.
- Manage a high volume of documents.
- Support workflow optimization using tools.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a central point of coordination for contract-related inquiries and status updates.
- Manage the lifecycle of all contracts using CLM (IronClad).
- Ensure proper use of templates, clause libraries, and version control.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required and/or Paralegal Certificate.
- Experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client focus.
