You will:
- Manage Billing Deliverables, Metrics, and KPIs
- Process Billing for incoming orders in both our internal database as well as our subscription management platform (Netsuite).
- Reconcile Billing Accounts Receivable and Payments for all customers
You have:
- 4+ years experience in a technical or software-based billing-related support position.
- Experience with Netsuite is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
