Job Description
Own Accounts Receivable Lifecycle:
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Maintain healthy cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute accurate and timely invoices.
- Monitor customer aging and drive collections.
- Apply and reconcile daily cash receipts.
Collaboration and Improvement:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
- Drive process improvements and automation.
- Utilize NetSuite, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365 tools.
