As an Implementation Manager, you will own and manage onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live, working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Managed Services. Responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders, training customer teams on Sienaβs platform, helping customers convert their complex SOPs into high-quality automation instructions, and partnering with Solutions Engineering to scope complex technical solutions and the implementation of custom app integrations. You will track milestones, call out blockers, align stakeholders, and manage organizational change. Success in this role involves mastering the platform, leading successful implementations, and improving self-serve onboarding content.
