Product Manager

Role Overview:

• As the Product Manager for Aedeon, you will be accountable for ensuring every release ships on time and to the quality standards set by the founders.
• You take strategic inputs and convert them into a shipped product on a cadence enterprise customers can plan against.

What You'll Do:

• Decompose founder-written product notes into epics, stories, and engineering-ready work items, maintaining a living release plan.
• Write acceptance criteria for every epic, define release readiness, and sign off before shipment.
• Own the scrum calls, release process, and daily product reviews to surface issues early.

What We're Looking For:

• 5 to 8 years of product management experience at a B2B SaaS or developer tools company, with a strong engineering background.
• Proficiency in Python and comfort with other languages, able to participate in design reviews for distributed systems or data pipelines.
• Excellent written communication and delivery discipline, treating commitments as commitments.
