Accountabilities:
- Configure and maintain cohort environments across multiple platforms.
- Set up registration processes, test workflows, and troubleshoot issues.
- Produce weekly reports, validate data, and support end-of-term results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, 2+ years IT experience with systems integration.
- Practical knowledge of an LMS (TalentLMS preferred), Salesforce Flow, and experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Zapier.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
