Accountabilities:
- Hire, develop, coach, and mentor a high-performing product design team.
- Lead significant design initiatives from vision and strategy through execution.
- Establish lean design standards, processes, and practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product design experience in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing a design team of 3–10 designers.
- Strong hands-on capabilities across user research, interaction design, and prototyping.
