Role Overview:
- Act as trusted financial advisor to the Americas Sales SVP and leadership team.
- Shape the regional financial narrative and influence growth and investment decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Americas annual operating plan including headcount, quotas, and commissions.
- Build decision-ready financial models for sales strategy and pricing.
- Lead the forecast process and connect pipeline to executive insights.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of Sales Finance or commercial finance experience with senior stakeholder partnership.
- Deep understanding of sales motions and channel economics.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive, collaborative style.
