Responsibilities:
- Perform fusion splicing on OSP fiber optic networks.
- Complete ribbon fiber and loose tube splicing.
- Conduct fiber testing and troubleshooting using OTDR, power meters, and light source equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven OSP Fiber Splicing experience.
- Experience with fusion splicing beyond simple drop installations.
- Willingness to travel on a 3-4 week rotation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $30 - $36 per hour.
- $150 per day per diem.
- Full-time direct hire with long-term project opportunities.
