Requirements:
- Location in specific states (AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NM, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WY).
- Hold functional/holistic certifications.
- At least 1 year of health coaching experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide onboarding and conduct client health assessments.
- Analyze health assessments to address root cause stressors.
- Educate clients on Pompa protocols and health-related topics.
Team Development:
- Collaborate with team members for holistic client care.
- Contribute to overall program strategy.
Compensation:
- During training, pay is $20 per hour.
- After training, compensation includes base pay of $20+ per hour plus monthly performance bonuses.
- Estimated first-year On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is $41,000 to $51,000.
