Carrying out contract review, negotiation and general commercial advice.
Understand, consult on, and provide proactive advice regarding litigation, arbitration, other ADR processes, and regulatory matters.
Draft and advise on various ancillary legal documents including NDA’s, settlements, variations and contractual notices.

Requirements:

Legal degree and member of a local professional association for lawyers.
NQ to 5 years’ experience whether inhouse or in private practice.
Strong work ethic, superior organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under time constraints.
