Provide legal support for global commercial transactions, including customer sales, services, distribution, licensing, and procurement agreements.
Advise on corporate governance and manage U.S. and international subsidiaries, entity filings, and legal structures.
Partner with departments including HR, Finance, Treasury, and Operations to support day-to-day legal needs and company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

LLB (LLM preferred) and admitted to practice law in India.
4 to 6 years of combined experience at a law firm and in-house legal department, preferably in the technology or media industries
Strong foundation in commercial transactions, general corporate law, and employment law.
