Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the HR Operations structure and ways of working across the region.
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of HR services and lifecycle transactions.
- Coach and develop HR Operations Specialist to ensure accuracy.
Operate as One Global HR Operations Team:
- Collaborate with Regional HR Operations Leads to standardize processes.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of global process maps.
- Support global alignment in systems, workflows, and automation initiatives.
Continuous Improvement & Digital Enablement:
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate HR processes.
- Support the introduction of digital tools and AI-enabled solutions.
- Contribute to global HR Operations projects and technology deployments.
