About the Role:
- Oversee the operational execution and ongoing support for critical enterprise accounts.
- Ensure seamless delivery of services and resolution of day-to-day issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering.
Your Responsibilities:
- Track and manage execution of customer deliverables, ensuring milestones, SLAs, and KPIs are consistently met.
- Maintain and analyze key operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Lead or support regular operational review calls with customers.
Requirements:
