What you’ll do:
- Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance expectations, and organizational dynamics.
- Partner with managers at all levels to build capability and execute performance management, employee engagement, and team communications.
- Drive workforce planning tied to business growth, productivity, and capability needs.
The reality of this role:

- Your success will be defined by your ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution, executing and improving manual processes, and establish scalable foundations as the People function scales alongside the business.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10–12+ years progressive HRBP/People Partner experience.
- Significant experience supporting all levels of leadership in GTM.
- Proven ability to advise and influence C-level leaders.
