Job Description

The Sales Director will lead growth initiatives across global regions including USA, EMEA, and APAC. They will manage strategic accounts, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue expansion in semiconductor IP and silicon solutions. The ideal candidate will be commercially savvy, technically fluent, and skilled at building long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing business development and sales strategies for assigned territories.
  • Managing key accounts to achieve revenue, booking, and design win targets.
  • Forecasting sales pipelines, identifying emerging opportunities, and driving market penetration.

Qualifications include:

  • A BSEE or MSEE, with a strong technical background in semiconductor or silicon IP.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer management within the semiconductor industry.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing key accounts.
