Financial Management:
. Oversees expenditures and ensures appropriate use of department funds.

. Collaborates on developing financial models for contracted services with outside parties.
Budget Development:
. Ensures accurate development of operating and capital budgets in compliance with Financial Planning standards.

Revenue Management:
. Oversees patient billing and coding processes to ensure compliance and minimize revenue loss.
. Collaborates with Patient Financial Services and other departments to continuously improve outcomes.
Human Resources Management:
. Manages human resources effectively by communicating performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback.
. Collaborates with supervisory staff to develop and evaluate a continuous quality improvement program.
