Engineering Manager (FE), Editor Content Experience

Lead the Editor Content Experience team, which sits at the intersection of advanced search technology and delightful UI, owning the 'Object Panel' in the Canva Editor. Guide a team of 7 engineers to evolve Canva’s Editor content experience, driving product and architectural innovations to enhance how users discover templates, elements, and other creative ingredients. Refine frontend and search architecture to support personalization, contextual discovery, and offline experiences. Remove barriers for internal teams to self-serve content into the Object Panel and collaborate across the Discovery Group to deliver unified and meaningful content discovery pathways. You will navigate and align a wide range of engineering, product, and design stakeholders and coach engineers and see them grow.
