Engineering Manager

Manage six to eight highly motivated engineers, lead them through change, and help them to grow even further. Lead a Core Features team in the Camunda 8 Core Platform area, building process automation end user features end-to-end, in the form of UIs and/or APIs, spanning the BPMN process engine, the API layer, and web application UIs. Make sure to closely align and relate your team’s work with the company's objectives, and provide clarity on priorities to allow your team to focus on what matters most. Come with, and build up relevant technical and domain knowledge to drive decision-making processes, involving perspectives of relevant stakeholders and your own judgment manage your teams’ delivery contributing towards the product roadmap while also taking operational responsibility for your team’s deliverables within our SaaS offering and through support cases from Self-Managed setups.
