Business Applications Manager

KPA is seeking an experienced Business Applications Manager to be the primary owner and architect for all revenue-related systems. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the Salesforce instance and connected ecosystem. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce and a strategic mindset to deliver key business outcomes. Responsibilities include Salesforce ownership, revenue systems architecture, project management, and strategy & process optimization. You will manage a small team, collaborate with various teams, and ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Salesforce experience, strong project management skills, and excellent communication skills.
