Director of Data Analytics

Organizational Leadership & Strategy:

• Manage and mentor a team of Data Analytics Leads, coaching them on effective management and overseeing their cross-functional sub-teams.
• Help shape and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for Data Analytics, anticipating future business needs under the guidance of the VP of Data.
• Partner with C-level executives to negotiate company-wide prioritization, ensuring data resources are deployed against highest-leverage initiatives.

Product & Analytical Excellence:

• Act as the strategic data partner to Product leadership, deeply integrating data into the product development lifecycle to define core metrics and measure feature impact.
• Pioneer the integration of artificial intelligence into the data ecosystem, spearheading initiatives around agentic analytics and AI-powered self-service.
• Establish and enforce rigorous company-wide standards for data governance, documentation, code quality, and dashboard UI/UX.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Requires 10+ years of data experience with a proven track record in a fast-paced, high-growth tech company, directly influencing product and business outcomes.
• Requires 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams across different business units.
• Must possess deep technical fluency with the modern data stack and masterful executive communication skills to translate complex data into clear narratives.
