Role overview:
- Define the vision and roadmap for identity and access management at Stripe.
- Build for both solo founders and Fortune 500s, balancing usability and security.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive the experience of granting access across all surfaces: Dashboard, API, CLI, and MCP.
- Make agents a first-class citizen with authentication, permissions, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Partner with nearly all teams at Stripe to ship, learn, and iterate quickly.
Who you are:
- 5+ years in product management shipping platform or infrastructure products.
- Background in security, identity, auth, or developer platforms.
- Technical fluency and a bias toward experimentation over big-bang launches.
