Job Description

Support the technical aspects of the sales process by serving as the conduit between sales, global engineering, and support teams. Function as the technology and product expert, possessing extensive knowledge of the Vivi product, its features, and operational environments. Assist the sales team and the wider business in responding to RFPs and completing technical documentation required by customers. Guide evaluating customers through onboarding, supporting them until ready for Vivi’s global support team. The main regional point of contact for technical questions within the sales team. Liaise with global engineering and support teams to solve problems, gather customer requirements, and configure Vivi within customer environments. Advise customers on optimal environment configurations, assist with RFI/RFP responses, and maintain up-to-date technology knowledge for the sales team. Develop and document implementation plans and best practices.
