Responsibilities include leading discussions, showcasing capabilities, spearheading customer evaluations, and communicating product feedback. Receives call and email messages from prospective customers and explains type of products offered. Researches products available for purchase based upon the customers' need, assists customers with proper selection of items. Provides basic telephone troubleshooting as applicable to company products. Quotes prices and tries to persuade customer to buy, secures orders and keys data into computer, and informs customer of delivery date.
