Inventory & Fulfillment Specialist

Our Inventory & Fulfillment Specialist works directly with our 3rd party warehouse, responsible for assembly operation while overseeing inventory accuracy across warehouse and production environments. This role oversees the execution of assembly schedules, coordinates materials and labor, and manages inventory reports to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in both assembly and inventory control, with a passion for improving processes and preventing errors. Key responsibilities include coordinating with assembly partners to confirm production schedules, monitoring workflows for efficiency, and maintaining documentation. Moreover, the role is responsible for day-to-day inventory tracking, leading root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies, and supporting periodic cycle counts. The goals are to improve material flow, establish KPIs, and provide regular reporting to leadership.
