Job Description
The Mac and Mobility Engineering Group is looking for an Endpoint Engineer with a focus on supporting iOS / iPadOS and optionally macOS. The candidate will be responsible for all manner of engineering related to enterprise integration of iOS / iPadOS and optionally macOS within the highly regulated, Digital Workplace environment. The individual will work as a key contributor as part of a global team where diverse perspectives are respected and success depends on effective cross-functional collaboration with multiple subject matter groups.
Responsibilities include providing engineering-level support for corporate-owned and personal Apple devices; Deployment and administrator of MobileIron MDM, Intune MDM/MAM , and optionally JAMF; Administration of Office 365 / Intune / Azure device compliance integrations; Deploy and manage iOS apps. Architect and align MDM and Apple technology with business processes to enhance efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of total progressive IT experience, 2+ years of experience supporting iOS and Apple platforms in enterprise environments, strong communication skills, and experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and certificate distribution.
