Responsibilities:
- Review system updates and configuration changes to ensure curriculum aligns with the latest CANES fleet baseline.
- Develop, update, and maintain CANES and C4I courseware, lesson plans, student guides, and practical lab exercises.
- Apply structured training development processes, including Instructional System Design methodology, to define requirements and establish learning objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience supporting Navy systems such as TACNET, CANES, ISNS/COMPOSE, or other C4I systems.
- Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or related field, or equivalent formal electronics training.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
