Compliance & Sustainability Intelligence Manager (EPR)

About the Role:

• Own the outward-facing side of tracking regulatory change, educating customers and prospects, and translating requirements into actionable guidance.
• Carry the broadest go-to-market workload on the team with a primary focus on U.S. regulatory landscape.
• Serve as one of the main faces of rePurpose Global's regulatory expertise to the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor enacted and emerging state programs, reporting cycles, rulemaking activity, and enforcement timelines.
• Write regulatory briefs, policy gap assessments, blog posts, FAQs, and enablement materials for sales and customer teams.
• Close the loop with technical and product teams, flagging changes that affect packaging classification and reporting.

Requirements:

• Background in EPR, packaging or environmental policy, sustainability, regulatory affairs, or related field.
• Deep EPR / packaging-policy expertise and regulatory fluency across multiple jurisdictions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with comfort hosting webinars and live Q&A.
