Fractional CFO

What you’ll do:

• Provide strategic financial leadership and advisory support to help the firm make proactive business decisions.
• Build budgeting and forecasting processes that reflect the realities of a contingency-fee law firm with variable monthly revenue.
• Translate financial data into clear, digestible executive-level reports and dashboards for decision-making.

What we’re looking for:

• Fractional CFO experience with prior experience advising business owners, ideally small to medium-size law firms.
• Strong background in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling, and executive reporting.
• Ability to explain financial information clearly and help leadership make proactive decisions.
