Travel Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers to plan and book dream vacations, including airfare, hotels, cruises, and car rentals.
• Act as a travel expert, building rapport and offering curated, personalized travel solutions for each client.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience with success in inbound service, outbound follow-up, and relationship-based selling.
• High School Diploma or GED, plus six months of customer service and sales experience; travel experience is a plus.
• Availability for a 5-week training schedule and post-training shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm EST, including some holidays.

Work Environment:

• This is a fully remote position requiring a quiet, distraction-free home office with high-speed internet and a hardwired computer connection.
• Associates must provide a personal device with a camera for initial training and demonstrate intermediate computer proficiency for troubleshooting.
