Vice President, Total Rewards & Operations

Team Oversight and Strategy:

• Provide strategic oversight, guidance, and development for the existing high-performing teams.
• Focused on elevating their impact and work.
• Lead teams that drive the Total Rewards and People Operations functions.

Total Rewards:

• Designing and operationalizing innovative company-wide, global compensation and benefit strategy and programs.
• Partnering with the Chief People Officer and external compensation consultants on executive compensation programs.
• Manage a foundational and scalable job architecture structure including leveling, benchmarking and supporting our company-wide budgeting and forecasting.

People Operations:

• Lead/support the People Ops team in shaping the strategy for critical business initiatives.
• Drive the successful execution of business initiatives, including scaling HR Operations (people and process) for overall growth and expansion.
• Champion the integration of AI tools within HR systems to enable predictive workforce planning, optimize personalized total rewards offerings, and provide deeper insights into employee engagement and turnover.
