What You'll Do:
- Oversee talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits globally.
- Function as a strategic business advisor to executive and senior management.
- Develop and implement comprehensive People strategy that is scalable domestically and globally.
What We're Looking For:
- 15+ years of HR experience, with at least five years of leadership experience and people management.
- A strategic leader who has created or significantly scaled People functions at fast-growth startups.
- Experienced with modern People tools such as Pave, TriNet, or related platforms.
