- Conduct benchmarking and salary surveys to attract and retain top talent.
- Partner with HRBPs on rewards, retention needs, and development of communications.

- Oversee HRIS and HR Operations administration, driving all HRIS initiatives.
- Optimize and provide continuous improvement expertise to HRIS programs.
Compensation and Equity:
- Global responsibility for annual compensation planning programs.
- Oversee equity strategy and modeling to ensure programs are competitive.
- Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings.
