Finance Operation Specialist

Seeking a proactive and analytically-minded Finance Operation Specialist to join our team. This critical role will bridge the gap between our Finance Department's operational needs and technical automation capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of financial processes, strong technical skills (especially with Google Workspace tools and data querying), and the ability to train and support non-technical users.

Analyzing existing finance and accounting processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Developing and implementing automation solutions primarily using Google Sheets and Google Apps Script (GAS) to streamline data entry and reporting.

Utilizing SQL to query, extract, transform, and load data. Serving as the primary technical resource for the Finance and Accounting teams and providing dedicated support and training.
