Campaign Manager - Contract

We’re looking for an exceptional Campaign Manager to lead and orchestrate the end-to-end campaign rollout for a major tentpole project in the MrBeast ecosystem. As the operational engine behind the campaign, you’ll keep our 40+ workstreams on track and ensure smooth coordination with external and internal teams. In this role, you’ll work directly with senior leadership on the project, joining key calls, taking notes, building timelines, and keeping everyone aligned and accountable. You will build and manage detailed timelines for campaign workstreams, track dependencies and surface blockers, join major meetings, document action items, keep internal leadership up to date with key milestones, proactively anticipate campaign needs, own the campaign calendar, partner with internal and external stakeholders to align deliverables, and maintain clear visibility into weekly goals.
