Job Purpose:
- Support daily activities of clinical proficiency testing programs.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17043 standards.
Main Duties:
- Provide first-line technical support to participants.
- Assist with program setup, order management, and round configuration.
- Review statistical analysis and technical summaries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or equivalent.
- ASCP certification preferred.
- Proficiency testing experience a plus.
