Job Description

Accelerate how people discover, join, and stay engaged with MasterClass, leading initiatives that directly impact user acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals, working at the intersection of product, data, and marketing. The Growth Product Manager candidate will define strategy, drive experimentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to unlock meaningful business growth. Responsibilities include owning product initiatives that drive growth, leading end-to-end experimentation cycles, and partnering with marketing and lifecycle teams to align product launches with growth campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in product management or growth roles, a strong technical and analytical foundation, and a track record of shipping impactful consumer-facing features at scale. They should also have demonstrated success optimizing key parts of the user journey with measurable business impact.
