Role Overview:
- This role sits at the heart of First Connect’s agent experience, owning carrier discovery and access.
- You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and the US business team, plus carrier partners directly.
- You’ll act as an informal leader, influencing without authority through strong reasoning and problem framing.
Responsibilities:
- Drive your own discovery through data, agent conversations, and carrier feedback.
- Own the Carrier Store end-to-end, including workflows behind 150+ carrier processes.
- Define and track KPIs, and prioritize by impact.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, outcome-driven.
- Fluent in English and Polish, based in Poland.
- Comfortable without a rigid playbook and able to influence without formal authority.
