Senior Product Manager, Benefits

About the Role:

• You will own the Benefits infrastructure strategy, driving the roadmap for provider-agnostic integrations and long-term unification across Employer of Record, global payroll, and PEO.
• You'll lead complex cross-functional integration delivery, ensuring benefit costs, eligibility, and enrollment data flow correctly across systems.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a product manager owning complex third-party integrations (API and file/EDI-based) with a provider-agnostic mindset.
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code to autonomously build and debug functional code and prototypes.
• Excellent async written communication to drive alignment across Engineering, Payroll Operations, Finance, Partnerships, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Benefits infrastructure strategy and roadmap, prioritizing investments that make pay runs more correct, keep Remote compliant, or help win/retain customers.
• Lead the migration of benefit costs onto a unified payroll system and stand up retirement plan administration for US global payroll.
• Manage the partner portfolio from evaluation through offboarding, representing Product as the technical subject-matter expert with carriers and platforms.
