Job Description

The AIS Quality Manager is a squad team member responsible for ensuring that Welocalize meets client deliverable acceptance criteria, including adherence to client and project specific requirements and defect-free deliverables. Main duties include monitoring deliverable performance, flagging areas performing beneath client thresholds, leading conversations with customers regarding quality, adapting quality frameworks, working with the Learning and Development team, acting as the customer point of contact for quality-related matters, initiating Quality Improvement Plans, preparing quality reporting, supporting the development of initiatives, and training suppliers on customer tools. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in data-centric environments, knowledge of quality principles, excellent communication skills, knowledge of the AI data services industry, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
