The Enterprise Systems team is Xero’s critical people technology solutions. These solutions are Xero’s internal facing systems servicing people, finance, legal, facilities, productivity, collaboration and core IT services, and as such are critical to ensuring our people can work efficiently and effectively. As a Senior Product Manager focused on our core HCM platform, you will own the product vision and roadmap for Workday at Xero. Leading a talented team of specialists, you will drive the evolution and maturity of our Workday environment, delivering innovative solutions that scale effectively with Xero's global growth. You will lead, grow and develop a team of delivery, analysis and technical professionals to plan, prioritise and deliver requirements.
