Championing client success from onboarding to renewal, ensuring they get the most from our platform. Supporting clients with training, best practices, and everyday platform queries. Building strong relationships through regular check-ins, insights sharing, and problem-solving. Understanding each client’s goals and helping them reach them through our tools and services. Spotting opportunities for upsell or deeper engagement and collaborating with the sales team. Maintaining clear, organised notes to keep internal teams in the loop. Being the voice of the client internally – providing valuable feedback to product and development teams.
