Payroll Manager

At Midi Health, payroll is more than just a function, it’s how we ensure our team feels supported, secure, and valued. As our Payroll Manager, you’ll take full ownership of payroll operations across our 500+ person, multi-entity organization. You'll ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing while driving reconciliation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Leadership to ensure our systems stay compliant, efficient, and transparent. This job is HOT 🔥, and we’re scaling fast. You will manage end-to-end payroll for 500+ employees across three entities (bi-weekly and monthly cycles). You will stay up-to-date on multi-state payroll regulations and ensure full legal compliance.
