Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with business strategy and insurance product goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, updates, escalations, and change management.
Ensure program deliverables meet business, technical, regulatory, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in technical program management, including at least 4 years in the insurance domain.
Strong understanding of home insurance systems, workflows, and regulatory considerations.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical programs.
