Project Manager Implementation Wind and BESS

Responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for national wind and BESS projects from commercialization to operational handover.
• Prepare projects for implementation, develop schedules, analyze risks, and optimize for profitability and feasibility.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams, coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent; or technical training with extensive project management experience.
• Several years of experience leading construction projects, preferably in onshore wind or battery storage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills, with fluency in German and English.
