Director of Operations

Be a critical member of the team to influence the growth and scaling of internal operations. You will be responsible for architecting and executing on a variety of projects that are critical to the success of the business. You'll architect, coordinate, project execute, and build the operational foundation necessary to scale across the business cross-functionally, as well as identify business inefficiencies and create execution plans to turn company weaknesses into strengths. You will lead and deliver high-impact operational projects across areas such as procurement, vendor management, employee onboarding/offboarding, office management, program management, and company travel. You will manage and work closely with the Operations team to build the roadmap for the Operations department, partner with teams including Security, HR, and Experience to ensure cohesive operational workflows and support company-wide initiatives. Drive long-term operational excellence by setting clear project milestones, success criteria, and post-launch sustainability plans. Act as a key liaison for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely execution across teams. You will also design, launch, and manage tools, systems, training's, and programs that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and team enablement.
