Principal Product Manager, Coach Workflow

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager, Coach Workflow to lead the development of Twin’s clinical platform, which powers the day-to-day workflows of health coaches. This platform is critical to enabling our health coaches to deliver personalized, high-quality care to Twin’s members at scale. In this role, you will drive the creation of AI-powered tools, coach workflows, and decision support features that help health coaches work more efficiently, stay informed, and focus on what matters most: improving patient outcomes. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, data science, and stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize solutions that meet real-world clinical needs, and ensure strong alignment across teams.
