Vice President, Product & Litigation Counsel

As Vice President, Product & Litigation, you will manage a team of attorneys who advise the business on product, compliance, privacy and other litigation matters reporting to the Chief Legal Officer. This role requires superb legal experience and pragmatic business judgment. You will work closely with our product, customer success, and engineering teams to identify, investigate, and manage legal risk across a wide range of product, engineering, marketing, content, and business initiatives. Responsibilities will include ensuring products are compliant with US and internal laws and regulations, including privacy laws and relevant industry rules. You will advise and support our internal stakeholders with respect to compliance issues that affect client campaigns, helping formulate legal policy and process across the organization as it matures and grows. Developing and maintaining a set of internal policies, programs and resources with respect to compliance is crucial, while remaining knowledgeable on relevant industry laws and regulations. You will act as the first line of defense for any legal complaints and work with outside counsel on any litigation matters.
