Business Operations Analyst

The Business Operations Analyst will execute and oversee daily operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Real Wallet program, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. The analyst will perform a variety of manual operational tasks, including updating reports, reconciling data between different systems, and managing data transfers to maintain system integrity. The analyst will assist in maintaining up-to-date program reports and dashboards and act as a key point of contact for ensuring data alignment across various systems. The analyst must effectively and efficiently communicate with internal teams, including product, engineering, finance and support, to address operational issues and ensure a seamless workflow. They will explore and implement automation scripts or tools to reduce manual effort for repetitive tasks over time. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities may evolve.
